These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts

and consumers as well as business customers,

3. Subject of the Contract

The subject of the contract is the sale of digital products

(e.g. presets and digital content)

and physical products (print-on-demand).

4. Conclusion of the Contract

The presentation of products on this website does not constitute

a legally binding offer.

A contract is concluded once the customer completes the order

and payment is successfully processed.

5. Digital Products

Digital products are made available for download after payment.

Before completing the purchase, the customer must expressly agree

that performance of the contract begins before the expiry

of the statutory withdrawal period.

By doing so, the customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal

expires once the download has started.

6. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

Physical products are produced and shipped via print-on-demand services.

Production begins after receipt of payment.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

7. Prices

All prices stated on the website are final prices.

In accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act,

no VAT is charged (small business regulation).

8. Payment

Payments are processed via the payment service provider Stripe.

The available payment methods may include credit card,

Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

9. Liability

Statutory liability provisions shall apply.

Liability for slight negligence is excluded

unless essential contractual obligations are affected.

10. Governing Law

German law shall apply,

excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
