Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract

within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen (14) days from the day

on which you or a third party designated by you,

who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email)

of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract,

we shall reimburse all payments received from you,

without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days

from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement

until we have received the goods back

or until you have supplied evidence

that you have sent back the goods,

whichever is the earlier.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

for the supply of digital content

which is not supplied on a tangible medium,

if we have begun performance of the contract

after the consumer has expressly agreed

that we may begin performance before the expiry

of the withdrawal period,

and the consumer has acknowledged

that by giving such consent

they lose their right of withdrawal

once performance of the contract has begun.
